The new Extension Units for the 16:9 PRO devices are suitable for the flexible installation of various operator controls that extend the operating options on site easily and on an individual basis. They are coordinated with the design of the 16:9 PRO devices and can easily be mounted below the device by the customers themselves. They are the successors to the Extension Units for the 4:3 PRO devices.

The Extension Units for 4:3 PRO devices are mounted on the SIMATIC HMI 4:3 PRO device and can be equipped individually, e.g. with Key Panels (KP8), 3SB elements, emergency stop buttons, key-operated switches, RFID readers, etc.

• They can be mounted on the left or right side of the 4:3 PRO device, as required
• Direct installation of up to 2 Key Panels KP8 / KP8F
• IP65 cable routing
