Cooling water additives for the closed converter cooling system with cooling unitWe recommend the agent "Antifrogen N" supplied by Clariant as a cooling water additive. The appropriate level of anti-freeze protection can be provided by choosing the correct mixing ratio. A minimum concentration of 20% by volume provides anti-freeze protection down to ‑10C. An Antifrogen/water mixing ratio of 1:2 provides anti-freeze protection down to ‑20C.
