Thanks to the open, customer-specific, adaptable SIMATIC WinCC TIA user interface, the register control can also be integrated into the machine operating control and the automated sequence control. It operates with a high-quality monochrome sensor, which automatically detects all of the usual wedge and block marks and measures up to two marks with respect to one another. The sensor communicates with the register control, implemented in SIMOTION, via PROFINET IO IRT. |  SIMOTION TRC3000 register control | SIMOTION TRC3000 register control With this solution, a high-performance RGB sensor detects the standard colors, but can also sense challenging special colors and finishes that are printed on materials that either have a weak contrast or are reflective.
