Note: The maximum permissible encoder currents should be carefully observed. The capacitive recharging currents increase in the connecting cable between the encoder and converter due to long cable lengths and high output frequencies. This can cause the output driver of the encoder to be overloaded and/or result in incorrect evaluation of the encoder signals. This is the reason that the encoder manufacturer's instructions must be carefully observed.
