Line voltage compensation
This function is required if the output power is to be corrected automatically in the case of strong line voltage fluctuations.
To implement this function, an NE724I line-voltage sensing submodule must be plugged in to at least one ZA724 central interface module in a network of several HS724I heater controllers.
The correction factors are calculated and transferred to the PROFIBUS DP master.
The DP master then distributes these values to all HS724I DP slaves.
Voltage detection for purposes of power calculation
This function is required if several loads are switched in parallel at the outputs and the failure of a single load has to be detected.
To implement this function, one NE724I line-voltage sensing submodule is required for every ZA724I central interface module.
Note:
The ZA724I central interface modules are only supplied from the factory without a NE724I line-voltage sensing submodule. If you want to compensate for line voltage fluctuations, you must order both modules (NE724I and ZA724I) and connect them together on site.
