The new design of the control cabinets opens up new applications, e. g. here as a motor control center. Following features are offered to improve personal and machine safety:

Standards and specifications

The SIVACON S8 low-voltage power distribution board is a design-tested low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assembly according to IEC 61439-1/2 (formerly IEC 60439-1 TTA). The power distribution board is designed to be resistant to arcing faults according to IEC 61641, EN 60439 (VDE 0660 Part 500), supplement sheet 2.

SIVACON S8 can be used as a type-tested power distribution board and motor control center up to 7 000 A.

Installation systems
