Optical PROFIBUS with integrated optical interface and OBT

The Optical PROFIBUS with integrated optical interface and OBT is configured in line topology.

A cost-optimized solution in the form of devices with integrated optical interface is available for this.

Data terminals with RS 485 interfaces can be connected via an Optical Bus Terminal (OBT). The maximum distance between two stations is 50 m with plastic FO cables.

Special fiber optic cables are available for bridging lines up to 300 m.
